No. Companies can't search for individuals already in MyPass®, but they can bulk invite personnel from their existing database.

How do I connect with candidates?

Candidates can either accept a bulk invitation request from an Organisation, or respond to a job advertisement that allows them to 'apply with MyPass®'.

Who owns the data?

Individuals have ownership and control over their data. 

How does validation work?

A specialist team within MyPass® validates every document added to an individual's Skills Passport, so you don't need to.

Is there a cost for candidates?

No. Setting up an organisation profile in MyPass® is FREE for any organisation. Additional features are available on a subscription basis.
