Are there opportunities for growth?

We look to grow from within by creating personal development plans for MyPassers and aligning them with internal or external training opportunities. As we expand, we’re empowering our people to grow into new roles with more responsibilities.

Are there flexible working arrangements?

We embrace flexibility and trust you to get your work done. If you want to watch your kids play sports or opt for a mid-morning coffee with a friend - go ahead. Set up your tailored agreement with your manager and they’ll support you to be productive with your time.

Where is the MyPass® team based?

We currently have over one hundred MyPassers, with an equal mix across office-based and remote arrangements. Our Head Office is in Perth with other teams spread across countries such as Australia, USA, India and the Philippines.
