It is an estimate built from your numbers and MyPass implementation benchmarks. It is not a quote or a guarantee. A MyPass specialist can rebuild it on your real data.

What does MyPass cost?

The calculator includes the MyPass licence and implementation cost when it works out ROI and payback. Pricing depends on your workforce size and scope, so your account manager confirms the figure with you.

Where do the benchmarks come from?

The admin, mobilisation and safety reduction rates come from MyPass implementations. The cost of an incident comes from Safe Work Australia's 2008-09 study of the cost of work-related injury and illness.

What if I do not know all my numbers?

Start with workforce size and incidents per year. Fields you leave at zero are not counted, so the estimate only reflects what you enter.

What happens to my data?
