Does MyPass provide pre-built integrations with my current systems?
MyPass offers native integrations with Clui and Damstra learning platforms for turnkey deployment. For other systems, our robust REST API enables your team or implementation partner to build exactly the integration you need. Many major operators have successfully integrated MyPass with leading enterprise platforms.
How secure is data transmitted through integrations?
All MyPass API traffic is encrypted via TLS/SSL. API authentication uses secure token-based methods. You control which data fields are shared with external systems through integration configuration. MyPass is ISO 27001 certified with comprehensive data security controls.
Who builds the integration?
Integration can be built by your internal IT team, your preferred systems integrator, or with our technical guidance and support. We provide comprehensive API documentation and sandbox access.
Can we integrate with systems MyPass hasn't worked with before?
Absolutely. Our open API architecture means if a system can make RESTful API calls, it can integrate with MyPass. Most integrations use standard patterns regardless of the specific system.
What happens if our systems change or we add new platforms?
MyPass APIs are versioned and backward-compatible. When you add new systems or update existing ones, the same API framework allows you to extend integrations without disrupting existing connections.
Can MyPass integrate with legacy systems?
Yes. Our API-first approach means any system that can make HTTP requests can integrate with MyPass. We've successfully integrated with both modern cloud platforms and legacy on-premise systems.
Can we limit which systems can access MyPass data?
Yes. Role-based API access controls let you specify which external systems can access which data types. For example, your site access system might access compliance status but not full worker profiles. Your LMS might push training completions but not pull unrelated data. You maintain granular control.
