COVID-19 Vaccination Tracking

Western Australian Premier Mark McGowan has announced that all WA resource sector workers must be fully vaccinated by January 2022. This move follows public health advice to protect workers, Aboriginal and remote communities, and safeguard the wider resources industry. 

In light of this decision, organisations are seeking a system to track workforce vaccination records in real-time. MyPass^® was purpose-built to track and report on compliance, and you’ll be pleased to know that after 18 months of testing and refinement, we have a simple and efficient solution that is ready to go.

Our solution 

MyPass^® has enabled the provision of COVID-19 vaccination status to be displayed on worker profiles. Prompt your workforce to upload government-issued proof of vaccination such as Medicare Immunisation records or a COVID-19 digital certificate.

We will verify that it’s a clear and clean copy and that it matches their MyPass^® ID. The certificate serial number, type of vaccination and date will also be visible on worker profiles. Vaccination doses will be tracked as two separate accreditations to indicate full vaccination status.
