Export certificates in bulk from Projects or Resource Requests
Industry Portal users can now export certificates in bulk for all personnel confirmed to a project, enabling movement of certificates between mandated systems, or sharing with clients. The export includes only certificates relevant to the requirements of each engagement.
Formatted Excel exports from Overview
Exports from the Overview > Resource Pool > Compliance dashboard now support formatted XLSX files with color-coding for compliance status.
Filtered exports from Overview
All filters applied in the Overview dashboard are now applied to exported CSV and Excel files, providing more targeted data exports.
Exports show compliance at Requirement Group level
CSV and XLSX exports from the Overview dashboard now show overall compliance status for Requirement Groups (Compliant or Missing).
Compliance percentage column added to Overview dashboard
This enhancement allows users to quickly identify Compliance % for personnel within the Overview dashboard.
Compliance percentage tooltip on Overview dashboard
The tooltip clarifies that the displayed percentage is an average across all assigned positions and directs users to view the specific compliance percentage for each position in the personnel profile.
Skills Management
Quick navigation from Project to Role details
This new navigation function streamlines a frequent workflow for admins -moving from a project role to a personnel's role details. This enhancement has proven to deliver significant productivity gains, saving admin users over 563 hours in total in the last 90 days.
Extended role view
The updated view provides a more complete summary of a worker's role information —such as compliance requirements and project links — saving time and eliminating the need to switch between different modules.
Mandatory role position
A new portal configuration enables a system validation check on all roles, ensuring each project role has at least one position or custom requirement before it can be saved.
Career Pathways
This enhancements enables authorised industry bodies to publish sector-specific career pathways and position requirements to the skills passport, providing visibility to workers.
Skills Matrix change log
For skills matrices associated with Career Pathways, a change log can be viewed by business partners with access to the skills matrix.
Ignore "Classifications" by default
Toggling “Ignore Personnel classifications” when viewing Matches in Project Roles was a frustrating and repetitive experience, as such it is now pre-selected by default.
Document and Data Management
Multi-certificate upload
Drag and drop to upload multiple files. Group related files. Configure personnel and certificate codes against each file. Persistent file list lets users save and come back later.
Duplicate upload detection and prevention
When a user tries to upload a certificate, a prompt is displayed if a valid attainment already exists for that personnel, reducing duplicate uploads.
QuickVerify certifications
Permissions based capability to enable users to add and verify appropriate certifications in one efficient work flow.
Optional document upload for QuickVerify
Extending QuickVerify certificates, enabling authorised users to bypass document upload where physical records aren't required for an attainment.
Integration
Damstra LMS integration
This new integration syncs course completion data between a customer's Damstra Learning instance and MyPass. When workers complete training courses in Damstra Learning, their certifications automatically appear, within a minute, in their MyPass profiles without manual re-entry. This feature eliminates manual certificate entry for customers, while reducing admin overhead.
API Key management improvements
Implementing masking of the API, as well as separate permissions to manage the API key, with a confirmation on re-generation of the key.
New API endpoint: Get all assigned position compliance data of a worker
This endpoint returns the compliance data of each position assigned to a worker, including compliant and non-compliant requirements, and skills matrix context, based on the Worker UUID input.
Tags integration
This is an enhanced ability to integrate a third-party tag.
Personnel Management
Scanning personnel QR code (available 23 September 2025)
Supervisors can now quickly verify qualifications and other key personnel information on their mobile phones by scanning a personnel’s profile QR code. Goodbye to stacks of physical licences on site!
Unique personnel identifier
A new system check now ensures the uniqueness of personnel identifiers (such as RUT, Passport Details, and DNI) across the platform. This is designed to improve data integrity and proactively identify potential duplicate profiles.
Required personnel information
This configurable setting allows BP Admins to designate specific personnel information (e.g. RUT number, passport details) as mandatory for their asset. This helps ensure specific personnel information is collected for compliance, reporting, and integration with downstream systems.
Extend Project end date
This feature allows users to extend a project's end date and select which associated roles to update in bulk. The system then automatically adjusts all corresponding worker engagement dates, which saves significant time and effort for admins on large-scale projects.
Personnel offboarding
Introduces capabilities like bulk removal of personnel across multiple roles in a project, and a multi-RUT search, which are designed to save time and reduce the manual workload of managing large projects.
Peruvian profile fields - DNI
We have introduced a new dedicated profile option to capture DNI document details, which allows MyPass to support DNI from Peru.
