As we bid farewell to 2023, we take this opportunity to acknowledge some incredible milestones achieved by the MyPass team.

A thriving global team

We're happy to announce global 24/7 support coverage in both English and Spanish. This has enhanced the user experience for our customers and supported our entry into the Americas. Our dedicated customer success teams have played a critical role in achieving this, and we're grateful for their hard work and diligence.

Our team of awesome MyPassers grew by 39 new additions, including our first full-time North American team member who has been pivotal in spearheading US market development. Our people are our greatest asset as we continue to expand the reach of MyPass globally.

Customer growth

We went live with BHP's Nickel West assets in Australia and the Spence Mine in Chile, marking a major milestone in our journey. Being selected by a large industry leader like BHP is a testament to the trust placed in MyPass’ technology solution, and we look forward to furthering this partnership in the coming years.

Throughout 2023 our existing customer base continued to flourish. The trust and satisfaction of our customers is at the core of our mission, and we maintain our commitment to continuous improvement.

Expanding into new sectors

Our technology is built to streamline compliance management in any high-stakes, highly-regulated industry, and we're thrilled to have now entered the Health Care sector. The Queensland Government issued grant funding to aged care and disability care providers (the Aged Care Workforce Alliance) to use MyPass as a system of record. The aim is to attract workers to the sector, standardise training and help them grow their career. MyPass also expanded into the Health Care sector through a partnership with the Loddon Mallee Health Network, to empower Health Care volunteers and strengthen services within this network.

Industry collaboration

MyPass facilitated six impactful roundtable sessions to connect industry leaders who share our vision to simplify and standardise workforce compliance whilst driving positive change.  The feedback from these sessions has been extremely positive, enabling participants to share their knowledge and experience with their industry peers.

Industry recognition

We are proud to have had our efforts recognised in Deloitte's Tech Fast50 list, which spotlights MyPass as one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in the tech sector. Matt Smith, MyPass CEO and founder, was profiled by Forbes Australia with a feature on the MyPass Skills Passport, highlighting how we are creating safer, more productive workplaces, and alleviating critical skill shortages.

A decade of MyPass

We hit a momentous milestone in 2023 - 10 whole years of MyPass. We celebrated this incredible journey across Sydney, Perth and Cebu where we reflected on our growth, showed gratitude for our dedicated team and explored exciting possibilities that the future holds.

As 2023 comes to a close, we extend our gratitude to clients, partners, and the entire MyPass team for their unwavering support. As we look ahead to 2024, our mission remains unchanged - to empower safe, agile and connected communities, through simplifying and standardising workforce competency management.  We are excited about what lies ahead!
